Transfers. The Brisbane Airport information desk is open for all incoming flights. They'll put you on the Coachtrans Shuttle which comes directly to our door. Transit time 15 minutes!
Getting about. The City Bus is at the door. Go straight to Chinatown in Fortitude Valley (5 mins), the CBD and Queen Street Mall (10 mins), and the Cultural & Convention Centres at South Bank. No fuss, no parking, no hassle.

Cancellations.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival date or "no show" will incur the cost of one night.
Cancellation within 48 hours - $20 admin plus 10% of booking amount.
Over 48 hrs - $20 admin charge.
You do not have a confirmed reservation unless we have a deposit or valid credit card details. $10 or 10% of booking, whichever is greater. A “no show” will incur a deduction of the cost of one night.
